hey i like the yellow chrisanthemums (with both color and flower in contrast with the season and darkness/shadow)--but since the poem looks like it's in the haiku tradition, i was surprised that you wrote "I'm free" for the third line, instead of an image that expresses that feeling of freedom (with exactly the emotional nuance of freedom that is unique to the autumn/flower/shadow moment).
